Foam polystyrene & pulp moulding
Cutting in two axes is suitable for small orders where it is not economical to invest to a mould; i. e. for the production of uncomplicated shapes or smaller test series of products prior to mass production.
NC machine can cut various kinds of profiles, façade strips, rings, stickers, fixing elements and many other products; these are applicable in many industrial areas. More complicated shapes, special parts or 3-D samples before the mould use, can be created by folding and gluing the cut parts to achieve a desired end unit.
